Fishy Fishy - Missing your Favorite Foods while Pregnant
While pregnant, there are so many do's and don'ts about what to eat and what not to eat. While staying away from anything raw, deli meats and soft cheeses is probably a good idea; I'd have to say that the hardest thing for me not to eat all the time was fish. I didn't realize how much fish I ate until I was pregnant. My doctor told me that I could only eat fish once a week. To be safe, I only ate cooked fish once every two weeks. I sure was happy when I could dig in after my pregnancy!
